Delete my account and data

You can ask us to delete your VirtualAddress account and personal data at any time — whether you used the website, the client login or the VirtualAddress app.

How to request deletion

1. Send a request from your registered mobile number on WhatsApp to +91 82338 44833, or email support@virtualaddress.in with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Include your name and registered mobile number (and order number if you have one).
3. We confirm the request with you and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your enquiry and contact details, chat messages and the documents you uploaded.
• Your client login access code, which stops the app and website login from working.

What we may keep

Records we must keep by law — such as invoices, payment records and the KYC copies attached to a signed rent agreement for an active or recently ended address — are kept only for the legally required period and then deleted.
